Freshman Physical education is a required class for Norfolk Public School graduation. During the semester we will work on improving your cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance, and introducing you to a variety of team activities. You will need to dress appropriately for class EVERYDAY. Each unit will include written work, physical skills test, and a written evaluation over material covered.
