Top 10 reasons
to live in
.
power point
Do
you ever watch David Letterman? Well,
every night Dave has a Top 10 list of things going on in the world. Well, for the next few days, you will be
compiling your very own Top 10 list. Your
list will focus on the TOP TEN REASONS TO LIVE IN
whatever state you
chose on Friday. When compiling your
list, think of this: You are a travel
agent, and you want people to visit your state.
What are the ten most exciting, fun, awesome things about your state
that makes it stand out from other states.
Be creative, have fun, and come up with some great reasons for your top
ten lists. Below I will list exactly what
you need to look up. Always be thinking
about how your list will look, and in what order they will be listed. Here goes:
WEDNESDAY:
Today,
I want you to look for facts that you can use in a top ten list for your
state. When you look for facts, you want
to find things that are attractive about your state. Or, find things that would be exciting to do,
to see, and to visit. Things like their
government, leader, exports, gross national product, etc. are probably not
items that would send people flocking to the travel agencies to go. Buildings to visit, holidays to celebrate,
cities, climate, etc. would be a better choice when looking for facts. Write down facts that will be profitable for
you in your list. Dont write down facts
that mean nothing to you or your list.
THURSDAY, FRIDAY, MONDAY:
For
the next three days in class you will be working on a completed powerpoint project. Here is what you need for each slide:
