BOND PROMOITON LEADERSHIP TEAM MEETING

December 7, 2004

5:15 p.m.

Those present included: Dr. Randy Nelson, Superintendent, Jim Berg and John Sinovic, architects from Bahr, Vermeer, Haecker, and a representative from Beckenhauer Construction Company. The co-chairs present were Mike Fuehrer, Dave Merritt, Mike Basch, and Pam Chamberlin. Carolyn Miller was not present.

Dr. Nelson opened the meeting and introduced those present.

The architects shared how they would assist in the promotion of the bond election.

Dr. Nelson shared a booklet with the leadership team on bond election promotion. He asked them to be thinking about which committee they would like to head up.

The next meeting was set for Thursday, January 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the Administration Building.
